Ruby chocolate bar

Belgian chocolate made from the Ruby cocoa bean. 

Ruby is a new member of the chocolate family that arrived on the market in 2017. Naturally pink in tone and fruity in taste, it contains no artificial pigments or additional flavourings. 

The chocolate tastes sweet with a balancing sour note, with overtones of strawberry and redcurrant. 

75g bar. Ingredients (allergens in bold): Sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; soya lecithin, citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain nut traces.
